I have been securing building permits for owners and contractors since 1992. My work progresses in cycles, so I have acquired various skills as I respond to the needs of the building industry.
When I designed my first dental and medical office, it led to 10 more of the same type of projects.
I enjoy designing restaurants and bars. When I designed my first restaurant, it led to designing many more restaurants, which in turn led me to obtaining beer and wine, as well as full liquor licenses, for many of my restaurant & bar clients.
Working with bars & restaurants led to the opening of our boutique merchant services payments company, allowing us to provide ongoing services to our business owners who accept credit cards as payment.
Some businesses move in 20-year cycles, and it seems that my business is bringing me back to the projects I started working with 20 years ago. To provide the best service to my clients from now until December 2026, I am limiting my client intake to 2 clients per month for either ADUs or House Relocation projects.
I’m excited that my season is again moving into the house relocation cycle. Relocating a building involves coordinating a multitude of moving parts, which is where my natural skills excel.
